How much is the shipping cost when I order in your store?

Delivery within Sweden costs 99 SEK including VAT no matter how much you order.

What payment methods can I choose from?

With Klarna you can choose card payment, direct payment, or invoice. You can also split your payment, if you wish. You choose all of this in the ”checkout” when completing your purchase.

How safe is it to shop with you? Is my personal information protected?

When you pay with Klarna services, you are dealing with the market’s safest payment options. All communication is encrypted (128-bit SSL) and your information is securely stored with Klarna.

What happens after I've ordered?

When your order, you will receive an order receipt sent to the email you have entered in the ”checkout” (email should arrive within a few minutes). If you do not receive your order receipt, then please check your junk mail. If your order receipt is not there, please contact us at kundservice@exclusivehorsewear.com and we will assist you.

After 1-3 days, the production of your order begins at our factory. You will receive an email informing you about this.

When your order is complete and leaves the factory, we will send you another email informing you that your order is on its way. Delivery takes about 3-5 days.

When the order has arrived at your delivery point (Service Point), you will get a text message from DHL informing that you have a package to pick up. The sender is our logistics partner Transbaltika AB in Borås.

Do you send an invoice after ordering?

We will always send an invoice (to the email address you entered at the time of purchase) after the item has been delivered from the factory. Contact Klarna if you did not receive an invoice within 14 days after receiving the item.
